Retrato de Fernando Ortiz Letelier, profesor de la Universidad de Chile y miembro del Comité Central del Partido Comunista. En 1973 fue separado de su cargo en la Universidad siendo en varias ocasiones acosado por la policía hasta que es detenido por civiles el 15 de diciembre de 1976 en las cercanías de Plaza Egaña, junto a Waldo Ulises Pizarro, desconociendo sus paraderos hasta la actualidad.
