El Cronista 27 de mayo 1978. Fe y protesta en la Catedral. Jóvenes llegaron a “protestar contra los antipatriotas que hacen mal uso de los fines de la iglesia por asuntos de carácter político” y “manifestar su repudio hacían quienes utilizan el nombre de Chile con fines deleznables” un grupo aproximadamente sesenta estudiantes de las Universidad de Chile, Católica y Técnica del Estado, entre los que contaron cinco mujeres llegaron ayer a la Catedral Metropolitana en un acto de “fe y ayuno”, como dieron a conocer en un comunicado entregado a la prensa.
