Periodista chileno que luchó contra la censura impuesta por la dictadura militar de Augusto Pinochet en Chile. Editor internacional de la revista Análisis en los 80. Fue asesinado por agentes de la CNI, la noche del 7 de septiembre de 1986, día en que un comando del Frente Patriótico Manuel Rodríguez, atentó contra la vida de Pinochet.

Repujado en cobre con la imagen de un triste payaso que toca guitarra, presenta la inscripción "Pre Pol 889 - Melinka 76", esta sujeto por 4 clavos a un soporte de madera constituído por dos trozos de tabla barnizada, unidas con remaches metálicos, posee una pequeña amarra de fibra sintética para colgar.
