Pluma de color azul marino y tapa plateada perteneciente a Enrique París Roa, médico, asesor de la Presidencia de la República, fue detenido el 11 de septiembre de 1973, cuando se produjo el Golpe de Estado. Fue trasladado al Regimiento Tacna donde permaneció hasta el 13 de septiembre, fecha en que fue conducido en un camión militar con destino desconocido.
