Biografía General Carlos Prats González. (1915 - 1974). Vida Familiar: Carlos José Prats González nació el 2 de febrero de 1915, en Talcahuano, hijo de Carlos Prats Risopatrón e Hilda González Suárez, fue el mayor de cuatro hermanos, Pedro, René y Hernán. Vivió su infancia en su ciudad natal, donde también cursó sus estudios primarios. Continuó su enseñanza en el Liceo de Concepción, desde entonces desarrollo su afición por la historia, filosofía y la literatura y posteriormente ingresó a la Escuela Militar para iniciar su carrera...
