Chapita metálica con cubierta plástica de color rojo y forma circular. En el centro de la chapita aparece la silueta de una mujer con un rifle en color negro con bordes blancos. Al borde externo de la chapita esta escrita la frase "Organizaçao da Mulher de Angola O.M.A." que refiere a la Organización de la mujer de Angola. La OMA fue clave en la movilización de apoyo político al MPLA (movimiento ciudadano por la liberación de Angola) de entre los miles de refugiados angoleños.
