La Comisión Nacional de Verdad y Reconciliación, conocida comúnmente como Comisión Rettig, fue un organismo creado en Chile por el presidente Patricio Aylwin Azócar en 1990, mediante un Decreto Supremo de 25 de abril del mismo año, con el objeto de esclarecer "la verdad sobre las graves violaciones a los derechos humanos cometidas en el país entre el 11 de septiembre de 1973 y el 11 de marzo de 1990". Estuvo presidida por Raúl Rettig.
