Certificado extendido por el Coronel, Secretario Ejectivo Nacional de Detenidos SENDET, que certifica que don Hugo Omar Méndez Figueroa permaneció detenido en Punta Arenas y Isla Dawson desde el 27/09/1973 hasta el 24/09/1974. Que fue puesto en libertad por no haberse comprobado que hubiere contravenido las normas constitucionales del País. Firmado por Jorge Espinoza Ulloa, Secretario Ejecutivo Nacional.
