La misiva tiene por objeto informarle que en respuesta a su comunicación de fecha 10-VI-1975, por la que solicita a ese Ministerio la aplicación de medidas moderadoras de libertad o subsidiariamente de traslado temporal a la XII Región de Magallanes (Punta Arenas), cumple con comunicarle que por ahora no resulta posible acceder a su petición por ser inconveniente a las necesidades de la seguridad nacional.
