Hernán Castro, realizador audiovisual chileno integró el Colectivo Cine-Ojo. El Colectivo Cine Ojo (cuyos integrantes mantienen anonimato) filma en Chile cinco protestas nacionales ocurridas en 1983, terminando ese material en Francia. Una copia final de ese mediometraje es presentada al Consejo de Calificación Cinematográfica con el fin de exhibirla en Chile, pero es rechazada, en 1984. Posteriormente, el mismo equipo realiza en 16 mm el documental Exilio (1983) y dos videos: Bajo estado de sitio (1987) y Días de octubre (1990). En 1987, Hernán Castro asume públicamente su cargo de director del Colectivo Cine-Ojo. Los integrantes del Colectivo Cien ojo fueron: Director Hernán Castro, Camarógrafo Jaime Reyes y el Sonidista Mario Díaz.
