Prendedor metálico blanco con bordes dorados y de forma irregular. En su borde superior lleva dibujada una cinta dónde se lee la palabra "Haiti" también en color dorado. En el centro del prendedor se puede apreciar el dibujo de un tambor y una palmera que esta detrás. Se ven también tres lanzas, un cañón y un ancla a cada lado de la palmera.
