Fotografía de Winston Dwight Cabello Bravo en tenida formal. Cabello Bravo de 28 años, ingeniero comercial, Jefe Provincial de la Oficina de Planificación Nacional (ODEPLAN) y militante del Partido Socialista. Fue detenido el 12 de septiembre en la Intendencia y trasladado al Regimiento de Copiapó, actual Regimiento Capitán Rafael Torreblanca. Fue ejecutado junto a otras 12 personas el 17 de octubre de 1973, en las primeras horas de la madrugada por lo que se conoce como la "Caravana de la Muerte".
