Topógrafo y militante del MIR, fue detenido por la DINA el 7 de octubre de 1974 en la vía pública en calle Nataniel. Tras su arresto habría sido trasladado a Villa Grimaldi y posteriormente al recinto denominado "Cuatro Alamos" desde donde se pierde su rastro.
