Fotocopia a color de plano confeccionado por un sobreviviente de prisión política y tortura del Regimiento Tucapel de Temuco (Fotocopia igual al original). Entregado a la Iglesia Católica entre los años 2000 y 2001 durante la recepción de antecedentes mientras funcionaba la Mesa de Dialogo.
El plano original fue entregado a la Corte Suprema en el marco de las investigaciones judiciales que se abrieron luego de los antecedentes recogidos en relación a las víctimas que pasaron por el Regimiento de Infantería N°8 Tucapel, Temuco.
