Sindicalista chileno, militante del Partido Radical. Ocupó, entre otros cargos, la presidencia de la Agrupación Nacional de Empleados Fiscales (ANEF). Debido a su oposición al Régimen Militar, fue asesinado por la Dirección de Inteligencia Nacional del Ejército (DINE).
